Return Procedure
Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us! If you have received a product and are not satisfied, you are free to return the item within 14 days from the delivery date of your order! You can return orders (or part of them) within 14 days from the date of receipt, with no additional cost to the customer for handling, except for the shipping cost, which remains the customer's responsibility.
Return Conditions
Products must be returned:
- Properly packaged in their original packaging, in perfect resale condition (not damaged, altered, or soiled), and complete with all accessories, usage instructions, and documentation.
- Accompanied by the return document (found at the beginning of this page) to facilitate customer identification.
Initiating a Return
To initiate the return procedure, simply send us an email at artscencegallery@gmail.com, and we will provide you with all the information for the return shipment. Any non-compliant shipment will be rejected, resulting in the inability to proceed with the return.
Refund Process
A refund will only be processed if the returned merchandise is in perfect condition and has not suffered any damage during transit from the customer to our headquarters. ARTSCENCE will accept returned goods, reserving the right to issue a refund only after verifying that the products have been returned in their original condition, unused, and with the intact original packaging. In this case, the full amount paid by the customer for the purchase of the products will be refunded.
ARTSCENCE will refund the customer the entire amount already paid within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the returned goods and the corresponding notification, using the refund procedure via credit card reversal or bank transfer. In the latter case, it is the customer's responsibility to promptly provide the banking details for the refund.
